1. Return your entry to Kay Street Eyecare
2. Take a photo, post it to your social media and tag @kaystreeteyecare
3. Take a photo and DM it to us on Facebook or Insta @kaystreeteyecare
Entries close 3pm Wednesday 16th April and the winner announced before 5pm. We’ll be sharing the entries to our socials and displaying them in our practice!

Terms & Conditions: Open to all ages. Entries must be received in person or via social media by 3pm, Wednesday 16th April. Winner will be announced 5pm, Wednesday 16th April. It is the responsibility of the winner to collect the prize from our practice during our regular business hours.
